  • Dr. Amane has been practicing medicine for over 16 years. Dr. Amane has extensive clinical experience in cosmetic medicine and has completed numerous training programs in the field, including an internationally accredited training program, the MATA certificate in aesthetic injectables. This is equivalent to a year of Master’s level training in the UK. She also serves as a trainer, providing advanced teaching to other physicians and nurses who are interested in improving their cosmetic injectable skills.

Dr. Amane believes that cosmetic injectable treatments should look natural, not “done.” She also believes in an individualized approach and in developing a personalized plan, which is discussed during a 30-minute complimentary consultation.

Most importantly, Dr. Amane strongly feels that cosmetic medicine should be treated like any other area of medicine—that is, with science and evidence backing up each treatment. This is why Dr. Amane always stays on top of the latest literature and is even working on some research papers herself.

Dr. Amane likes to spend her free time cooking, reading the latest research (or working on research) and working out. Her home cooking is sometimes featured on her instagram stories!

  • Tammy understands the importance of feeling beautiful in your own skin throughout each life stage. We all have individual goals when it comes to aging. Whether it’s maintenance of our skin during the natural aging process, or preservation of facial features that keep us feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and recognizable. It’s essential to have a provider who can help you achieve the aesthetic results you are working towards.

Eleven years of her nursing career have been spent dedicated to the aesthetic industry as a RN injector, a skin care specialist, and a clinical educator for an aesthetic pharmaceutical company. Her role as an educator helped to guide and teach physicians and nurses across the country how to perform numerous dermal filler injection techniques. During this adventure, she was able to ensure that injectors were equipped with safe and effective skills to hone their craft, while providing clients with exceptional results. She now has the exciting opportunity of joining a team who takes great pride in practicing at a level that is above industry standards.

When she is away from luma, she lives the life of her dreams as an artist, painting in her studio, glass blowing, and firing ceramics. Physical activity is equally important to her, as taking care of her skin. So, you'll find her engaged in local sports, and at the gym on a yoga mat, or sweating it out in Pilates.

Tammy looks forward to helping you develop a customized plan throughout your aesthetic journey.
